This website provides information about Eye on the Ball coaching and products. A coaching inquiry is a request to discuss fit and availability; it is not a confirmed lesson until Mark confirms the arrangement. Any scheduling, cancellation, or rescheduling terms shown during the booking process apply to that booking.

Lessons are arranged based on availability and mutually confirmed court logistics. Acuity Scheduling may be used to display live availability and complete a booking.

Tennis involves physical exertion and ordinary risks of athletic activity. Participants are responsible for choosing activity appropriate to their condition, following court rules, and seeking medical guidance when needed. No specific athletic result is guaranteed.

Product descriptions, available colors, prices, and shipping charges are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. The current Signature Hat price is $48, with $5.99 shipping shown before checkout. Availability may change.

The return information displayed on the Shop page applies to purchases. Stripe, Acuity Scheduling, Instagram, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Eye on the Ball names, site content, photographs, graphics, and product designs may not be copied or used without permission. To the extent permitted by law, Eye on the Ball is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or third-party services.
